  • Initial 1-to-1 sessions (includes checklist to link to time management)
  • Quarterly review (alone or 1-to-1 facilitated)
  • Annual review (alone or 1-to1 facilitated)
  • Levels of intention (governance, management, implementation)

 

Personal Development

Clarifying and remaining aware of personal ethos

  • Personal ethos review (e.g. every year; alone or 1-to-1 facilitated)
